With a commitment to excellence and a demonstrated track record of culinary achievement, Chef Sam Marvin, CEO of the newly formed company, The Goat LLC, is a California native who captivated the Los Angeles dining scene with innovative restaurant concepts Modada and Bottega Louie. Marvin’s visionary and pioneering approach to the restaurant experience has helped him redefine the classic and traditional model of fine dining. With the goal of presenting his world-class culinary experience and knowledge in a new and experiential venture, Marvin became co-Founder, Partner, Vice President and Executive Chef of Bottega Louie Restaurant and Gourmet Market in Downtown Los Angeles in 2009. Bottega Louie quickly became the most talked about and successful restaurant concept to grace Los Angeles in more than 20 years. This formula of culinary enterprise including both restaurant and retail concepts sets the framework for the introduction of Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse at Tivoli Village in Las Vegas. Chef Marvin has designed an imaginative menu and culinary program at Echo & Rig that balances creativity and quality, with a customer-centric approach and careful attention to detail.
